We provide signposting and support and are often the primary service being accessed by our members. We work with our members to embed skills for self-advocacy.

Our frontline work is holistic and works across a number of themes as directed by our members which include; welfare rights, accommodation rights, consumer rights, healthcare access, education access, criminal justice and human rights and hate crime reporting.

The role will also assist in delivery of organisational priorities through maintaining a network of partners and contributing to the development of practice and policy.
