Improving Educational Outcomes for Romani (Gypsy), Irish Traveller and Roma Children conference

Join us for this Department of Education funded in-person event dedicated to boosting education success for Romani, Irish Traveller, and Roma children. It’s a great chance to share ideas, learn from community members, school staff, and make a real difference in children’s futures. Let’s come together to explore practical ways to support children and families and set up a strong regional network to support help you in the future.

Meet community organisations and explore ideas including: Pride of Romani, The Traveller Movement, Leeds GATE, York Travellers Trust and others to enable purposeful conversations and learning -including with Richard O’Neill (Romani author) who will capture delegates’ initial reflections and hopes.
