Leeds GATE has a blended staff team with staff members both from Gypsy and Traveller communities and not. To make this a reality, we will sometimes follow slightly different recruitment processes to ensure our job roles are fully accessible to all candidates.

Work life balance
Proper commitment to work life balance – 28 days annual leave plus 14 Bank Holidays pro rata
