Appointments are booked at a time and place to suit each person – at home, over the phone or out in the community for a cup of tea.
If you are worried for yourself or someone else’s mental health, you can call Samaritans or West Yorkshire helpline: Textline: SHOUT to If you are concerned for anyone’s immediate safety please always call 999.

Everything starts with a conversation. You can call our phoneline and ask to speak to one of team. Call us on 0113 240 2444
Or come in and see us during our opening hours and speak to the team between 9am and 4.30pm.
