Healthy Communities Together

Established over many years of fighting for systemic change for communities that have been marginalised, the Healthy Communities Together network aims to amplify the voices of those with lived experience and use systems tools to bring about meaningful change for our communities.

The network involves organisations working for the rights of refugees and asylum seekers, Gypsies and Travellers, sex workers and trans+ communities working on a variety of projects.

Our video with our other HCT partners funded by the Kings Fund and National Lottery from 2023 gives a great overview of the project.
